Bill Epstein, principal builder and owner of PDL Properties, has been in the building business for more then 30
years. He has developed many fine communities and has earned numerous awards. In 1994 and again in 1998 the Northwest Builders
Association of New Jersey named him Builder of the Year. His work has received honors for quality of work and craftsmanship.
And in 2003 the New Jersey Builders Association honored Bill by inducting him into the Builders Hall of Fame in recognition
of his exemplary record of quality construction and dedicated service to the building industry.

In 2006, Bill relocated his business to Southport, North Carolina, where he now builds quality custom homes in coastal
communities of Brunswick County. He is a hands-on builder, personally supervising each of the homes that he builds.
He is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and strives to exceed his customers expectations. Bill works closely with his
customers and builds each home with the same level of care and pride as he put into building his own home. PDL
Properties proudly builds each of its homes to Energy Star Standards.
