PDL Properties made changes to the original plans to customize this home. Modifications included: making the back porch a four-seasons room, adding a full bath to the bonus room, enlargening the dining room, placing a jack-and-jill bath between the two bedrooms on the first floor.As built this home is approximately 3200 square feet.
